Key Responsibilities

The Physician provides comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance within a patient-centered medical home model. They also lead the care team, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and supervise mid-level practitioners as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a medical degree in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Osteopathic Medicine and have completed a relevant residency program. A valid South Carolina medical license, board certification, and active DEA registration are required.
