Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care, managing patient health through evidence-based medicine and chronic care management. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and drive clinical initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed residency, current board certification, and an active California medical license. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience and proficiency with Electronic Health Records are required.
