Key Responsibilities

The physician will conduct hospice and palliative care visits to evaluate patients for eligibility, manage pain and symptoms, and support families with care planning. They are responsible for coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining timely, compliant clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) with an active DEA license and a valid driver's license. Experience in caring for chronically or terminally ill patients and knowledge of hospice regulations are required.
