Key Responsibilities
The clinical pharmacist provides comprehensive medication and disease state management in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include direct patient care, precepting students and residents, and contributing to quality improvement and departmental policy development.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or a bachelor's degree with significant clinical experience and be licensed as a pharmacist in Ohio. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and experience in ambulatory care are strongly preferred.
