The Behavioral Health Technician assists the multidisciplinary team with direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and providing patient support. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring the therapeutic environment meets all regulatory and safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant direct patient care or behavioral health experience. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and proficiency in English is mandatory.
