Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide therapy in outpatient and community housing settings, supervise developing professionals, and develop client-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the team. Responsibilities also include conducting clinical intake assessments, providing individual and group therapy, ongoing support, crisis intervention, and utilizing electronic health records for documentation.
Requirements
A Master's in Social Work leading to a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required for this role. Experience working with populations experiencing serious mental illness (SMI) is highly preferred, along with knowledge of community resources and mental status exams.
