Key Responsibilities
The Lead Therapist provides comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior to help them manage risk and set positive goals. They also serve as a liaison between supervising offices and the agency to support client rehabilitation and community guidance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and be eligible for licensure as an LMSW, LPCA, MFTA, or higher. A minimum of 2 years of related experience in social work or behavioral health and a valid Connecticut driver’s license are required.
