DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to join our team and provide quality dental care through both our in-clinic practices and mobile RHRP events.

This flexible opportunity will allow you to work in a traditional clinical setting caring for military dependents and families, while also having the opportunity to participate in mobile dental events supporting military readiness.

Whether you're looking for additional work, temporary coverage, or a flexible schedule, this role offers the variety and autonomy to fit your availability.

  • What You’ll Do
  • In-Clinic DOCS Dental Coverage
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry to military dependents and families
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and diagnostic dental care
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
  • Provide coverage for vacation, sick time, and other staffing needs
  • Work alongside a supportive dental team in a professional clinical environment
  • Mobile RHRP Events
  • Provide dental exams, screenings, and treatment during mobile events
  • Support military readiness by helping Service members meet required dental standards
  • Work with an experienced clinical and logistics team
  • Utilize provided mobile equipment, supplies, and materials
  • Schedule & Flexibility
  • As-needed temporary/locums opportunities
  • Coverage may be available any day of the week
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability and operational needs
  • Opportunities to work both in clinic and at mobile RHRP events
  • Ideal for dentists seeking additional income or a flexible clinical schedule

Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited U. S. dental program

  • Active, unrestricted dental license
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Real ID-compliant driver's license prior to start date
  • Ability to meet required physical, vaccination, and immunization requirements
