The pharmacist will manage drug distribution, IV admixture, and central operations while providing clinical support in a fast-paced hospital environment. They are also responsible for patient drug therapy monitoring and educating patients on post-discharge medication.
Candidates must hold a current state pharmacist license and meet all educational requirements mandated for licensure. A PharmD or BS Pharm with a hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
