Key Responsibilities
The Music Therapist will conduct evaluations to determine therapy needs and develop evidence-based interventions aligned with student IEPs. They will also monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in ARD meetings to advocate for special education programs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy and possess active Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credentials. Additionally, a current CPR certification is required to perform the duties of this school-based role.
