Key Responsibilities
The Milieu Therapist facilitates curriculum-based groups and provides essential meal monitoring and milieu support for patients in residential and PHP programs. They are responsible for crisis management, behavior coaching, and documenting patient observations and vitals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and possess an intern or associate license from the appropriate state board. A minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health is required, though this may be waived for those with a relevant Master's degree.
