Key Responsibilities

The counselor will provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention and risk assessment for students. They will also conduct outreach and training for residential staff and maintain a presence within the residence halls.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology or social work and be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia. Experience in a mental health setting, specifically with crisis management and group therapy, is required.
