The Clinic Medical Director partners with the Clinic Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of daily clinic operations and clinical outcomes. They are responsible for recruiting and retaining staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting organizational goals related to health, experience, and stewardship.
Candidates must hold an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree with board certification in a primary care specialty such as Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. A current Minnesota medical practice license and demonstrated leadership and communication skills are required.
