Join Gentiva Hospice as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – Per Visit, No Call in Portland, Maine, United States. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses. Based on market needs, the role may include caring for patients in hospice, palliative care, or both.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher and possess a current Nurse Practitioner license and certification. At least two years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related clinical field is preferred.
