Key Responsibilities
The physician will join an established Family Medicine team, working in an outpatient setting with 36 patient contact hours per week and participating in a 1-8 call rotation. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care supported by on-site resources like X-ray and lab services, alongside chronic care coordination and behavioral health support.
