Job description

Join BHS as a Clinic Specialty Pharmacist – Gastroenterology in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Specialty Pharmacist provides clinical consultation, medication education, and chronic disease management to patients within a gastroenterology clinic. They also supervise Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient medication regimens.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy and a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience, completion of an ASHP accredited residency, and experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy.
