DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH) – $65–$67/HR + $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

* $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
* Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) – enjoy three-day weekends every
week!

* SRP appointments scheduled based on severity

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
* Take diagnostic digital radiographs
* Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
* Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
* Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
* Educate patients on oral health and home care
* Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and
compassionate care
* Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient
experience

QUALIFICATIONS

* Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or is currently awaiting licensure—we
welcome you to apply!)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including:
* Periodontal charting
* Digital X-rays
* Prophylaxis
* Scaling & Root Planing (SRP)
* Patient education
* Fluoride treatments
* Preventive dental care
* A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
* Passion for delivering excellent patient care
