Physical Therapist PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, educating patients on home programs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary medical team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current North Carolina Physical Therapist License. BLS certification is required, and previous hospital, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
