Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities

The COTA will work with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients regain independence in daily living. They are also responsible for documenting treatments and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide support to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current license or be license-eligible in Texas. A minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.
