Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective rehabilitation. They are also responsible for educating patients and families, managing discharge planning, and overseeing the work of therapy assistants and technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a valid Occupational Therapy credential from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy. A BLS Provider certification is also required within 30 days of the hire date.
