Key Responsibilities

The Lead Counselor supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees daily operations, including medication administration and resident safety. They also act as a mentor to staff and coordinate community inclusion and recreational activities for residents.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Direct Support Professional. A valid driver's license is required, along with the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform active duties.
