Blue Sky Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health needs
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Connect clients with community resources and support services as appropriate

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active or eligible licensure in Maryland (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations across the lifespan
• Empathetic, client-centered approach with strong professional boundaries
