BayCare Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative Anesthesia team at Winter Haven Hospital.

Position Highlights

Team culture + autonomy: Supportive, collaborative anesthesia team where CRNAs practice independently with physician backup available when needed. A “we help each other” workflow promotes safe, efficient care.

Predictable scheduling + flexibility: Multiple shift options (8s, 10s, 12s) with transparent expectations, fair daily assignments, and clearly structured breaks and relief.

Variety + growth: Broad case mix with opportunities to build and maintain skills in ortho, general surgery, vascular, urology, endo, IR, and EP/cath lab; ongoing education and mentorship, including support for new grads.

• Call structure: No call, with holiday or weekend coverage optional.
• Case mix: Ortho, General, EP, Vascular, GYN, Urology, ENDO, IR.
• Not performed: OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics.

• Current license as a registered professional nurse- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
