About the Role

Join SpectraCare as a Mobile Crisis Therapist – M-F 3pm-11pm in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages all clinical needs of CSU individuals during assigned shift, providing consultation and/or prevention services.

• Assists individuals within the CSU to identify self

• determined goals and jointly prepare individualized service plan.

• Responds to crisis intervention emergencies as needed at the facility and/or in the community minimizing self

Requirements

• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all records in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR and all other applicable state or federal laws.

• Ensure all written documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all records are staffed within standard time frames.

• Ensure that all progress notes, discharge summaries, etc are completed promptly, written in a professional manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.
