Key Responsibilities

The Milieu Floor Counselor provides long-term supervision, support, and clinical services to adults with substance use and mental health disorders. Responsibilities include facilitating group counseling, managing the daily house schedule, and performing crisis interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a CASAC-T, CASAC, or higher certification and possess at least one year of experience working with clients with substance abuse disorders. Strong organizational, communication, and crisis management skills are required for this role.
