Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Collaborate with the clinic director to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Requires a Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Must hold a current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and possess CPR/BLS certification.
