Orthopaedic Surgeon - Shoulder and Elbow

Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in complex shoulder and elbow surgery to join a group of more than 33 surgeons and 20 affiliated clinicians in Portland, Oregon.

This position is dedicated to shoulder and elbow surgery with general orthopaedic call coverage of approximately 1:10. The practice emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care with robust ancillary support, established care pathways, integrated virtual care, an internal arthroplasty registry, and cross-specialty collaboration.

Your Total Rewards

The annual salary for this position is $592,700-$713,300. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Specific details are below, and specific plan information is available upon request.

* Base salary range: $549,400-$670,000

* Lifestyle Stipend: $43,300 annually
