Job description

Join Sparrow as a UMH Sparrow - Registered Radiation Therapist in Lansing, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

  • This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Associates may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
  • Delivers accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy in accordance with the radiation oncologist written directive and maintains legible and accurate records of daily treatment as required.
  • Performs radiation simulations procedures and observes patients for unusual reactions and/or events.
  • Performs procedures related to physics/dosimetry with and without supervision of the physicist and/or dosimetrist.
