Join Hampton Proton as a Radiation Therapist – $5K Sign-On, M-F in Hampton, Virginia, United States. Hampton Proton is the nation’s 8th proton therapy facility and one of the largest free-standing proton clinics in the world. The state-of-the-art treatment and research center has four gantry rooms and one fixed beam room.

Key Responsibilities

The Radiation Therapist is responsible for safely delivering proton therapy treatments and performing CT simulations according to clinical protocols. They must also maintain accurate treatment documentation and provide compassionate care to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed a formal radiation therapy technologist program and hold a current R.T.(T)(ARRT) certification. A current Virginia license as a Radiologic Technologist is required, along with proficiency in oncology management software.
