Key Responsibilities
The surgeon will provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for inpatient cardiothoracic surgery, including rounding on assigned and unassigned patients. Responsibilities also include supervising APPs and performing a wide range of cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery and hold a valid medical license in South Carolina or through the IMLC. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, along with extensive experience in open and endoscopic CV/thoracic procedures.
