Key Responsibilities

• Is responsible for knowing and acting in accordance with the principles of the Brown University Health Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

• Demonstrates a fundamental grounding in nursing theory and practice with mastery of knowledge within a defined content area.

• Manages a caseload of patients in partnership with the healthcare team to optimize health status and coordinate care over time and across healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Provides direct care to patients in the ambulatory setting.

• Demonstrates advanced physical and psychosocial assessment skills and knowledge of family dynamics.

• Provides leadership in the development, validation, implementation, and evaluation of standards, policies, procedures, and critical paths to support the patient care delivery model.

• Performs direct patient care at the outpatient offices in accordance with State licensure and Federal rules.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $127.5K - $161.8K
