Overview The Clinical Review Pharmacist shall assist the Supervising Pharmacist, Prior Authorizations in formulary management including, but not limited to: overseeing the prior authorization process, utilization review reporting, pharmacy and therapeutics committee activities, communication with physicians and pharmacists, administration of appeals and grievances, and communication with staff on departmental policies and procedures. On call duties are a requirement of the job.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid New York pharmacy license with at least five years of experience. Strong clinical knowledge, proficiency in pharmacy computer systems, and excellent communication skills are required.
