Key Responsibilities
- Receive and document the orders for equipment and/or services from the referral source, physician, patient/client, family member, or caregiver.
- COMPLIANCE: Patient care staff are responsible for maintaining compliance tasks daily (e.
-, patient utilization, improvement, check ins/follow ups, documentation, resolution, task lists, etc.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including handling paperwork, filing, and managing correspondence; addressing client complaints or concerns and escalating complex issues when necessary.
