Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality mental health and substance use services to adolescent and young adult clients in both individual and group settings. Participate in collaborative case discussions and maintain consistent caseloads while leveraging support from the admissions and operations teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an independent license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and possess a Master's degree in mental health or a related field. Experience working with teens and young adults is highly preferred, along with proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.
