Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in skilled nursing facilities while developing evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Proficiency in electronic health records and the ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities are required.
