Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with office staff, providing clinical treatment, and training caregivers on home programming.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 25 pounds are required.
