Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Competency Coordinator is responsible for creating a culture of excellence by providing clinical education, assessing staff competency, and overseeing orientation programs. Requirements
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited program. Experience in staff education and knowledge of state/federal regulations in an acute or long-term care setting is required.
