Practice at a Higher Level. Grow Your Career. Share in Our Success.

At OrthoArizona, physical therapists are an integral part of the orthopedic care team—not an afterthought.

As one of Arizona’s largest physician-owned orthopedic practices, we bring orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physical therapists, and other providers together to deliver comprehensive, coordinated musculoskeletal care. Our therapists work directly alongside physicians, helping patients recover from injury, return to sport, and get back to the activities they love.

We’re looking for physical therapists who want to practice great clinical care, continue developing their skills, and be part of a team that recognizes their contributions.

Why Choose OrthoArizona?

  • Start your career with confidence. Our formal mentoring program for new graduates provides structured support as you transition from the classroom to clinical practice. Learn from experienced clinicians, strengthen your clinical reasoning and treatment skills, and build confidence in orthopedic rehabilitation with a team invested in your professional growth.
  • Focus on patient care. Spend your time treating patients—not marketing, generating referrals, or building your own caseload.
  • Earn beyond your base salary. Our monthly profit-sharing program gives you the opportunity to participate in the financial success of the practice.
  • Learn from the best. Collaborate with experienced physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, and sports medicine specialists in a team-based environment.
  • Build your clinical expertise. Access continuing education support and opportunities to pursue advanced certifications and specialty training.
  • Enjoy modern facilities. Practice in well-equipped orthopedic and sports medicine clinics throughout the Phoenix Valley.
  • Find your fit. With multiple locations, we can explore opportunities that align with your clinical interests and preferred location.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on meaningful functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
  • Help patients return to work, sport, and everyday activities.
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, continuing education, and collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • Monthly profit-sharing opportunities above base salary
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) and retirement benefits
  • Three weeks of paid time off
  • Continuing education allowance and professional development support
  • Formal mentoring program specifically supporting new graduate physical therapists
  • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Employee assistance program, FSA, and HSA options
