● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD

● Call: Call Required, ratio is 1:7

● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT and OB/GYN. No heads.

● Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred

● Supervision Model: Independent

● Staffing Grid: 8 CRNAs on site daily, and an Anesthesiologist once a week

Job Summary

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a CRNA to join a supportive and autonomous team in Athens, Texas. This 1099 position pays $295,000 annually, includes 7 weeks off, and features light call (1:7) with strong clinical independence. CRNAs practice independently, making this an ideal environment for those looking to maximize their scope and autonomy. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but training is available. Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, regional, endo, and OB/GYN cases.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.

● Regional proficiency preferred
