The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism. They are also responsible for supervising behavior therapists and ensuring high-quality service delivery through data analysis and progress monitoring.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
