Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive patient assessments, establish and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians. They are also responsible for teaching patients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EHR system.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA-approved Physical Therapy school and hold a current state license or registration. At least one year of institutional or home health experience and a current BLS/CPR certification are required.
