Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist is responsible for managing pharmacotherapy outcomes, ensuring accurate medication distribution, and overseeing pharmacy technicians. They serve as a primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers to resolve medication-related problems and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and hold a current, active state board of pharmacy license. At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging is required, with a preference for experience in geriatrics or clinical pharmacogenomics.
