Mission of Dentist

The Dentist reports to the Clinical Director. The mission of the Dentist is to work in harmony with all team members to provide the patients coming to the practice with an exceptional experience so those patients stay, pay, and refer. The patients should receive more in service value than they pay.

Key Performance Indicators

• Monthly Adjusted Production: $60,000/month at 6 months, 65,000/month at 9 months, $75,000/month at 1 year, $80,000/month at 18 months, 90,000+/month at year 2 and after (based on approx. 35 hours/week)
• Hourly adjusted production: $600/hr by end of year 2
• Case acceptance: 85% of patients schedule treatment
• Patient reappointment percentage: 90%
