Mission of Dentist
The Dentist reports to the Clinical Director. The mission of the Dentist is to work in harmony with all team members to provide the patients coming to the practice with an exceptional experience so those patients stay, pay, and refer. The patients should receive more in service value than they pay.

Key Performance Indicators
Monthly Adjusted Production: $60,000/month at 6 months, 65,000/month at 9 months, $75,000/month at 1 year, $80,000/month at 18 months, 90,000+/month at year 2 and after (based on approx. 35 hours/week)
- Hourly adjusted production: $600/hr by end of year 2
- Case acceptance: 85% of patients schedule treatment
- Patient reappointment percentage: 90%
- Dental competencies rating: 7 or greater in all categories

Dental competencies: diagnostic ability, impression quality, composite filling quality, occlusion management, 100% decay removal, removable prosthetics fit and esthetic outcomes, aesthetic dentistry, endodontic treatment quality, crown and bridge prep and marginal quality, NP and Hyg exams

The dentist is responsible for providing high-quality dental care and working in harmony with the team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. They must meet specific production targets and maintain high standards of clinical competency.
Requirements
