The physician will manage a patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in an in-office setting. They will also collaborate with clinical teams, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and supervise nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency and possess at least two years of outpatient primary care experience within the last five years. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine and hold a valid Illinois state license.
