Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an integrated health system, maintaining 36 patient-facing hours per week. Responsibilities include utilizing the Epic EMR system and participating in an inclusive, physician-led medical group environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree with a current Illinois license and be board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. Current CPR and relevant advanced life support certifications are also required.
