In this role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated pharmacy professionals committed to delivering exceptional care and wellness services to pets and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure high performance, engagement, and accountability.

Establish, communicate, and uphold clear performance expectations and operational standards for the team.

Maintain pharmacy operations in compliance with all state Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Drive communication and alignment between pharmacy leadership and staff by proactively facilitating open, consistent dialogue across all shifts and locations.
