Key Responsibilities

The Outpatient Therapist will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse client populations. They will provide evidence-based psychotherapy, manage crisis interventions, and coordinate care with clinical teams and external partners.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess at least 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience. A valid clinical license such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS is required, along with strong documentation and diagnostic skills.
