Key Responsibilities
The therapist provides evidence-based clinical services and psychotherapy to residents as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team. They are responsible for developing individualized recovery plans, facilitating group therapy, and providing crisis support.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT, or an associate license with relevant experience. A Psy.D or Ph.D. in clinical psychology or counseling is required, along with at least one year of experience in residential or inpatient settings.
