Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides rehabilitation treatment as prescribed by physicians for pediatric outpatient patients. They collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals and ensure effective care delivery.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure by the Oregon State Board of Health, along with a valid driver's license and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in therapy procedures and rehabilitation practices.
