Join AlignMed as a Physician Assistant – No Call, No Weekends in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the medical director and center leadership to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing facility residents. They are responsible for achieving center-specific health goals and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Candidates must hold a valid state license and NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants or a Master's degree for Nurse Practitioners. A minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
